So I read how you get gout. So do I.Have been getting for 15 years (off n on) I just got over it in my right hand (first time & I write right handed-that was the week of hell at work) and now I have it in my right foot. So fucked off. Ive tried the baking soda thing for a while~~ I think it worked but why has it come back ? I cannot take the strong painkillers as they're fucking up my kidneys, I can only use useless paracetamol (don't know what u guys call it in the US but it's the safest but mildest painkiller-read hopeless). So yeh, I totally get where your coming from. When it's bad , I pass the time checking out drop dead hot dudes. By the way..I don't know if you've ever heard of the contact sport called Rugby Union (I'm New Zealander). There was a US Team here - they have not made the finals but they are getting better at this game. Cool. Well we are in the quarter final stages of an international tournament (called Rugby World Cup). Right now the French are playing ( and winning) against the English. Major hunks all over the show-haha. I admire these guys because Rugby is such a physical game and I swear I wince at every crunch and smash. Ouch...my gout would not stand up to that. I'm trying to keep myself in shape but i want a work out that my joints can cope with. Any ideas? Hey...take it easy with the gout...keep on keeping on. Cheers, Kevin

Re: Kellan Lutz HOTNESS

Nice pics.
